We require specific deposits for certain services. A partial advance deposit is taken for your service reservation to ensure that the client is committed to the pick and drop services we offer.”

Once we receive your booking deposit reference number, we will send you your assigned driver details on your WhatsApp number, along with your pickup timings. Sometimes, clients make bookings late at night around 10 PM or 11 PM, and their pickup is scheduled for the next day. In such cases, we need to confirm with the driver. If the driver confirms, your service will start; otherwise, your service will not commence the very next day. There is a 50% chance, which is why we request clients to kindly book your service at least before 9 PM in the UAE time zone.”
